iClickLocal is on a hunt for Webmasters and Sales Professionals alike. We are looking for sharp, highly motivated, independent, energetic, friendly, outgoing, responsible, goal oriented, results driven, sales savvy professionals with excellent presentation, communication, and follow-up skills to fill our Sales Position! We are also looking for talented, business growth oriented, out-of-the-box thinkers for our Webmasters Affiliate Program. We are looking only for professionals with big goals and even bigger dreams to join our winning team!
Comissions are paid 20% of every valid sale unless your are a Sales Professional which You will also incur our lucrative bonus structure. You will be paid via paypal or check every friday. Your first comissions earnings will be delayed 2 weeks.

Additional curriculum includes to select candidates : Franklin Covey training seminars focused on identifying values, clarifying mission statements, and establishing short-term, mid-term, and long-term business and personal goals. Be trained thoroughly on the goal execution through monthly, weekly, and daily planning, with a major emphasis on effectively balancing social/emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
Manage and develop sales and marketing campaigns for multiple clients. Run meetings for 30-50 employees, with topics ranging from financial management education to the psychology of social interaction and leadership. Become well versed in the art of talent scouting, seeking candidates with exceptional interpersonal and leadership qualities. Participate in Critical Conversation training, as well as team development and team building seminars.
Work constantly with individual team members in regards to establishing 6 month, 2 year, 5 year, and 10 year goals. Identifying core values, major strengths, major weaknesses, and helping to orchestrate a game plan for success. Take place in team building activities including office camping trips, paintballing, weekly basketball games, weekly team nights, including board games, miniature golf, karaoke, weekend BBQ’s. and poker tournaments.
Learn how to orchestrated and run satellite business trips with 4 to 8 team members, focused on sales training, personal finance education, time management, goal setting and execution, and business management training. Worke directly with iClickLocal on sales and marketing campaign development, account representative incentive programs, customer acquisition and retention solutions, and leads generation.
Lastly, for our Entrepreneur Ownership Program you may manage all aspects of business finance, accounting, payroll, advertising, recruiting, administrative duties, business/leadership development and overall operations. Become solely responsible for setting and achieving business performance standards while meeting and exceeding client expectations.
